INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
I provide short- and long-term therapy to instill self-understanding that ultimately encourages my clients to adopt new attitudes, feelings, and behaviors towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the client and therapist alike. My therapy sessions are designed to help client develop insight into personal issues and provide them with effective tools to understand and manage emotions better.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a treatment approach that examines the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the maintenance of anxiety, depression and other emotional disorders. Treatment focuses on helping clients challenge negative thinking patterns and shifting coping behaviors that may be inadvertently reinforcing anxious processes.
